After 900 days of meditation, I've decided to challenge myself and attend a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat in Canada to start out the new year. This episode outlines the benefits of Vipassana, my biggest takeaways of meditation, and how you can start and maintain a meditation habit in 2020.
